I think most people are a few short weeks away from building the life they NEED starting with a healthy mind and body. I know that sounds crazy, but it's true!
True medicine either rebuilds the body's own innate healing mechanisms or removes hinderances to them. The body was created to be self-maintaining and self-repairing. If it isn't doing so, there are missing components. At the foundation, the body needs 3 things in order to heal and thrive: Tools, Energy, and Atmosphere.
Tools include things like water, oxygen, and minerals. Energy comes from the hope, sleep, and whole living foods. Atmosphere refers to the cleanliness and organization of the home as well as the clarity and disposition of the mind and emotions. At the core of illness is ignorance, therefore the key to better living is knowledge!

When is the last time you sat down and committed several thoughtful hours toward creating the life you NEED? The 5-Hour Breakdown is an exercise I've created meant to uncover the root cause of your difficulties. Here's a hint: the causes are not other people, poor finances, or even childhood trauma. It's deeper than that - or should I say higher than that...

At the end of this exercise, not only will you have a truer sense of where the problem lies, but a systematic approach to resolving that problem!
"Those who fail to plan, plan to fail." How many times have we heard that one? It's true though, isn't it. If you woke up one day and wondered how you got here - when did your life turn into whatever it is - you probably missed this part. It's ok though - Let's make a plan!
What do you think would happen if you gave a high quality 15-pound axe to a 5-year-old? I'll tell you...a whole lot of nothing! So it is with any tool. If there is no power or energy driving it, it is useless. The energy a healthier mind and body can possess is essential to have BEFORE attempting major lifestyle changes.
Once you have a plan, the next step is to consider the resources and tools you'll need to accomplish the goal. For the body, it may mean adding magnesium and 20-minute walks in the sunshine. For the mind it could be a media fast or changing jobs. For the heart it could mean asking forgiveness of that person you hurt...
An atmosphere of peace, love, and safety are key to creating consistency and long-term outcomes. The work of months can be unraveled in hours if the atmosphere of home and heart are stressful and impure. Create a new atmosphere - it's not as daunting as it may feel.
